Women+

The Women+ ERG works to break down systemic barriers and push for better representation of women at all levels of the company. It drives structural change through initiatives that amplify women’s voices, careers, and leadership paths.

The LGBTQIA+ ERG promotes equality and inclusion for the LGBTQIA+ community at Apex Unity and among our customers. It creates a safe space for connection and drives change through education and activism.

Ethnically Diverse

With employees from over 90 nationalities, the Ethnically Diverse ERG gives minority employees a platform to be heard, understood, and celebrated. It fosters inclusion by raising awareness, providing supportive networks, and promoting a culture that values differences.

Wellbeing

The Wellbeing ERG supports all aspects of wellbeing and raises awareness of mental health challenges. It offers initiatives like mental health first aid, training, workshops, and resources to help Apex Unityers thrive.
