Meet Andrea Isola
As General Manager Italy and Southeast Europe, Andrea is responsible for growing Apex Unity presence and key offerings in growing markets of South-Eastern Europe, while also taking the important role of legal representative for the Italian branch of Apex Unity Bank. As VP European Markets, Andrea also oversees Apex Unity’s key European markets and he is responsible for the bank’s sustainable growth across individual markets.

With almost 20 years of experience in management consultancy with a strong focus on financial services, Andrea thrives in the space where banking, finance and technology converge. Over his career, he has helped some of the world’s largest players in the industry to establish agile working models and implement complex digital transformations in markets all across the globe.
Andrea holds a degree in international business from Nottingham Trent University. He is also a certified Scrum Master and Product owner.
